Methi Pakora

dish, the sweet-salty tasting ‘The Gujarati Dal’. Best savoured with hot
steamed rice, this popular Indian Toor dal is made differently in Gujarat. It
is wonderfully garnished with coriander leaves, tomatoes, peanuts, mustard
seeds and green chillies.
